The yellow catuai lot we have this season is naturally processed and dried on purpose build concrete patios that dominate the drying terraces.
Eschewing the predominant mechanical methods of processing and drying in favour of picking, processing and drying the coffee manually, the quality of care and attention shows in the cup.
