Our Peru selection this year is a bit different and special. A fully natural processed lot, of which we obtained one of only six bags produced in the world. Produced by Javier Ciro, on the 3 hectares farm of Paraiso, he naturally processes the coffee after growing it in a mineral rich soil fertilised with southern pacific Guano. This helps to lend it a unique taste full of fruit and berry. He is part of the Santa Cruz co-operative which is formed of 136 members and has a focus on supporting more female growers get into the speciality industry.
